How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders take about 24-48 business hours to process and ship out. Normally, we will ship out orders from the previous day by 5PM CST everyday. All packages will ship Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday as our carriers do not come pickup packages on weekends.

How long does it take to get my products?
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
My order says it got delivered, but I cannot seem to locate it at my front door or my mailbox. What should I do?
We HIGHLY recommend you check with your local carrier to see if the package accidentally ended up with a neighbor, different PO box or mailbox. More often than not, this seems to answer this question. However, if you still cannot locate your package, please email support@????????.com and we will open a case with the carrier to locate the package.
